    A Punto school is located in the heart of Chueca, one of the most centric district of Madrid. A fully equipped kitchen for groups of maximum 15 people. No prior kitchen experience is necessary and travelers are sure to leave with a full belly and flavorful recipes to share with friends back home.

    You will learn how to prepare typical Spanish dishes with the help of a professional chef. We will start explaining how Madrid absorbed the culinary traditions from all over Spain, then we will start preparing the 10 tapas that best explain each region of Spain.

    10 tapas preparation that will be served at the Pintxos style. Sangría will be eserved during the whole activity. Wine available but not included in the activity As an example, you will learn and prepare potato omelette, salmorejo  

    1. Starter · Salmorejo Typical Spanish cold tomato soup

    2. Starter · Idiazabal lollipops
    Made out of one of the best sheep cheese in Spain, we will lear how to create lollipops
    3. Main · Gildas
    Typical from Basque country, anchovies, olives and lots of cinema
     4. Starter
    Coca with sobrasada, Sort of Spanish pizza very typical from Balearic Islands
    5. Main · Galician style scallops
    prepared with tomato and bread crumbs
    6. Dessert · Horchata torrijas
    The very typical from Valencia
    7. Main · Ensaladilla rusa
    Spanish version of an international plate
    8. Main · Spanish omelette
    with potatoes and with or without onion, you decide!
    9. Starter · Padrón peppers

    10. Starter · Calamari sandwich

    A professional teaching staff with years of experience insures every dish is a success and all students receive individualized attention and instruction.

    Sangría will be eserved during the whole activity. Wine available but not included in the activity

    You will leave our school with the recipes you learnt, an apron as present and with a lot of new knowledge
