

10 Tapas cooking class in our School
This takes is held in english / Esta clase se desarrolla en inglés
You will learn how to prepare typical Spanish dishes with the help of a professional chef. We will start explaining how Madrid absorbed the culinary traditions from all over Spain, then we will start preparing the 10 tapas that best explain each region of Spain. 10 tapas preparation that will be served at the Pintxos style. Sangría will be served during the whole activity. Wine available but not included.

What are we going to prepare in the 10 Tapas cooking class in our school?
- Salmorejo Typical: spanish cold tomato soup
- Idiazabal lollipops: made out of one of the best sheep cheese in Spain, we will learn how to create lollipops
- Gildas: typical from Basque country, anchovies, olives and lots of cinema
- Coca with sobrasada: sort of spanish pizza very typical from Balearic Islands
- Galician style scallops: prepared with tomato and bread crumbs
- Horchata torrijas: the very typical from Valencia
- Brava sauce potatoes: slightly spicy and very Spanish
- Spanish omelette: with potatoes and with or without onion, you decide!
- Calamari sandwich
A Punto school is located in the heart of Chueca, one of the most centric district of Madrid. A fully equipped kitchen for groups of maximum 15 people. No prior kitchen experience is necessary and travelers are sure to leave with a full belly and flavorful recipes to share with friends back home.
