Gustavo, Carmencita and the owner of the place were lovely! They made the cooking experience so very special for all. It was a group class of 11 people and everyone got a chance to cook different tapas representing all parts of Spain! Bonus is that we got to eat at the end! Highly recommend you add this to your stay in Madrid!!
