You will learn how to prepare typical Spanish dishes with the help of a professional chef. We will start explaining how Madrid absorbed the culinary traditions from all over Spain, then we will start preparing the 10 tapas that best explain each region of Spain. 10 tapas preparation that will be served at the Pintxos style. Sangría will be served during the whole activity. Wine available but not included.

What are we going to prepare in the 10 Tapas cooking class in our school?
- Salmorejo (typical spanish cold tomato soup)
- Idiazabal lollipops (made out of one of the best sheep cheese in Spain)
- Horchata torrijas (a sweet and slightly nutty flavor)
- Sangría (a refreshing Spanish drink)
- Coca with sobrasada (sort of pizza with pork very typical from Balear Islands)
- Meatballs with spicy sauce (juicy meatballs served in a rich, slightly spicy tomato-based sauce)
- Squid Sandwich (a classic Madrid sandwich)
- Gildas (a famous Basque pintxo made with olives, anchovies, and pickled peppers)
- Garlic prawns (A sizzling and aromatic Spanish tapa)
- Spanish omelette (with potatoes and with or without onion, you decide!)
A Punto school is located in the heart of Chueca, one of the most centric district of Madrid. A fully equipped kitchen for groups of maximum 15 people. No prior kitchen experience is necessary and travelers are sure to leave with a full belly and flavorful recipes to share with friends back home.
