Sinopsis

Éste es nuevo primer libro con el sello A PUNTO que ha nacido de la mano de nuestros cursos de cocina en inglés (Cook Madrid). En total, cincuenta recetas que descubren de Norte a Sur el sabor, las texturas y los aromas de los cuatro punto cardinales de España. En él te encontrarás desde la tradicional paella valenciana a las típicas bravas madrileñas o el salmorejo cordobés.

El libro ha sido escrito por el equipo de cocina y redacción de A PUNTO, y toda la parte gráfica pertenece a PNKA PRODUCCIONES (nuestra productora de contenidos gastronómicos)

Como novedad, y siguiendo la línea editorial de A PUNTO, el libro incorpora un código QR que te permite ver algunas de las recetas del libro a través de nuestro portal de Youtube (A PUNTO TV), al igual que enriquece el recetario puesto que puedes encontrarte nuevas propuestas.

This is a new first book published with the A PUNTO stamp that was born from the hand of our cooking courses in English (Cook Madrid). In total, fifty recipes that discover from North to South the flavor, the textures and the aromas of the four cardinal points of Spain. In it you will find from the traditional Valencian paella to typical Madrid bravas or salmorejo cordobés.
The book has been written by the kitchen and writing team of A PUNTO, and the entire graphic part belongs to PNKA PRODUCCIONES (our producer of gastronomic contents). As a novelty, and following the editorial line of A PUNTO, the book incorporates a QR code that allows you to see some of the recipes of the book through our Youtube portal (A PUNTO TV), as well as enrich the recipe book since you can find new proposals. The book is in biligüe, English and Spanish
